The Average list price for the homes that closed in Hopkinton for June of 2009 was $562,107

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Hopkinton for June of 2010 was $619,600

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Hopkinton for June of 2009 was $539,357

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Hopkinton for June of 2010 was $601,911

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Hopkinton in June of 2009 was 119 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Hopkinton June of 2010 was 133 days.

 

10 homes went under agreement in Hopkinton Massachusetts in the month of June . The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $554,320. The average time on the market for these Hopkinton homes were 79 days.

In comparing year over year longer term data for Hopkinton Massachusetts, there was still a downward movement in home values as compared to previous years. The rate at which home values are dropping seems to have stabilized quite a bit, especially in the lower price points of the market. The average days on the market for a home has dropped and inventory levels remained stable throughout the year.

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Hopkinton for April of 2009 was $421,037

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Hopkinton for April of 2010 was $519,953
