The Average list price for the homes that closed in November of 2009 was $487,900

The Average list price for the homes that closed in November of 2010 was $354,900

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in November of 2009 was $472,500

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in November of 2010 was $347,633

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in November of 2009 was 144 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in November of 2010 was 108 days.

 

There were 4 homes that went under agreement in Upton Massachusetts in the month of November. The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $427,425. The average market time for these homes was 71 days.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in October of 2010 was $390,575

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in October of 2009 was $420,713

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in October of 2010 was $376,750

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in October of 2009 was 196 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in October of 2010 was 75 days.

 

There were 5 homes that went under agreement in Upton Massachusetts in the month of October. The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $370,940. The average market time for these homes was 224 days.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in August of 2009 was $434,813

The Average list price for the homes that closed in August of 2010 was $444,900

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in August of 2009 was $409,250

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in August of 2010 was $437,850

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in August of 2009 was 92 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in August of 2010 was 110 days.

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in July of 2010 was $352,000

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in July of 2009 was 87 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in July of 2010 was 130 days.
