293 Meeting House Path Ashland MA

Are you in the market for an Ashland Massachusetts townhome in mint condition? Look no further than this fantastic condo in the Ledgemere neighborhood!

As you drive through Ledgemere the 1st thing you will notice is how remarkably well the units and neighborhood are maintained. The whole area looks pristine! There is a nice wooded back drop for most of the units which offer the feeling of being perfectly blended with nature.

293 Meeting House Path is surely going to be appealing for the buyer that does not feel like doing any work and wants a turn key property. The current owner has made tons of improvements including a new second floor that is only one year old!

When this townhome was purchased the second floor was unfinished. The owner has done a marvelous job finishing the upper level with quality finishes. There are two large bedroom each with their own private bath! The doors in both the bedrooms are custom and show exceptionally well. The master bath is nothing like you will see in any of the other units! It is highlighted by a custom tile shower.

For those chilly Winter evenings the seller has added supplemental radiant heat in both bathroom floors. The second bedroom is also done well and is terrific size for a kids bedroom.

The 1st floor has a bright and open floor plan. The kitchen is appointed with contemporary style cabinetry and stainless steal appliances. There is a good size eating area that opens onto a spacious family room. The kitchen and family room encompass the whole backside of the unit and feature sliders with a balcony that let in tons of natural light.

One of the highlights of the 1st floor have to include the gorgeous new Bamboo flooring! it is not often you see this kind of finish in a condominium. It looks terrific and adds a touch of class and uniqueness for sure. The two story foyer is certainly another feature that most buyers will love. It is quite dramatic walking through the front door.

The 1st floor also has a 3rd bedroom or study and another full bath. It is not easy finding a 3 bedroom condo but this Ledgemere unit has this feature.

Last but not least there is a finished lower level that works well as an exercise area or a playroom for kids. There is a secondary entrance through the backside of the unit and the 1 car garage.

In total there are 7 rooms, 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The gross living area is 1456 square feet. The monthly condo fee is $263.00.

Ledgemere offers an appealing commuting location close to Rte 126 as well as the convenience of restaurants and shopping.

Looking for an Ashland Massachusetts home loaded with charm and character? Look no further than this antique home at 151 Oregon Road! The property is located near the Southboro line and offers an easy commute to Rte 9 and the Mass Pike.

You will love the setting that includes a terrific yard with plenty of yard area and the woods as a back drop.

Stepping inside this Ashland home you will immediately notice all the fine craftsmanship from an era gone by. The large fireplaced living room with beamed ceiling, pine floors and corner built-in is the 1st thing that will grab your eye. This is just a fantastic room that is the heart of this home. The sellers currently have a wood stove that adds a great amount of warmth in those cold New England Winter months.

Directly off the living room is an updated Oak kitchen and a Screened porch that extends the living space in the warmer months. Both of these rooms form an L off the back of the home as seen in the picture above. The 1st floor also has a den/family room with a fireplace that has a  raised panel surround and Pine flooring. This is a cozy room that has a tremendous amount of warmth and charm.

The 1st floor also offers a full bath. The second floor follows in foot step with the character of the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a fireplace and Pine flooring. The second bedroom also has Pine floors and has recently had new walls and ceilings. The 3rd bedroom is currently being used as an office.

The access to the laundry/storage area can also be found directly off the office/bedroom. Having the laundry room on the 2nd floor is a big plus as it is located in the basement of many antique colonials.  There is a second full bath that services the three bedrooms which is a great feature as many of the older homes only had one 1st floor bath.

Recently the roof has been replaced along with the heating system. The seller also in the last year has added central air which you rarely ever see in an antique!

In total there are 7 rooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The total living area is 1480 square feet. The lot is .7 acres and the taxes for 2011 are $4536.

This home at 15 Oregon Road Ashland is the kind of home you love to market because the seller really understood what it takes to sell a home in a tough environement. The home showed outstanding and there was never any issue gaining access for showings.

There were of course a number of great features including the fact that the home was pristine as well as being located in a terrific commuting location close to major routes!

This home was not your typical cookie cutter Cape either where the moment you walk through the front door you are looking at the staircase to the 2nd floor. The floor plan actually had the staircase tucked in the back of the home which created a great sense of space when you walk in. As you entered home, the living room was the 1st room would step into. It was appointed well with beautiful hardwood flooring that opened up onto a formal dining room. The dining room had a really nice newer picture window that lets in loads of sunlight.

Located directly behind the dining room was an attractive white cabinet kitchen with granite tile counter tops and stainless appliances. The kitchen was remodeled about two years ago and really showed nicely with neutral tile flooring.

The 1st floor also had a 3rd bedroom or office area that was appointed with hardwood flooring. This room does not have a closet but does have a dresser that conveyed with the home.

The 1st floor bath was gorgeous and had a tile shower/whirlpool combination as well as marble floors and handsome bead board wainscoting.

The 2nd floor had two bedrooms both with skylights and low maintenance Pergo flooring. The master had an excellent size walk-in closet.

My favorite area in the home was the newly finished lower level. This space worked perfect for a 2nd family room, office or exercise area. There was also a new 1/2 bath on this level as well.

In total there were 7 rooms, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The total gross living area is 1548 square feet. The lot is .27 acres of great usable yard.

Directly across the street is a very nice neighborhood for those buyers that want a place for their kids to ride their bikes. Oregon Road is conveniently located near the Southboro border for an easy commute to the Route 9 and the Mass Pike.
