This Grafton Massachusetts townhome was located in the Forest Hills neighborhood and was in fantastic shape.
The townhome had the look and feel of a stand alone home and did not remind you of the typical condo interior. 43 Lincoln Lane was one of the former Amherst models and was loaded with upgrades & extras. In a word the property was stunning!

The monthly condo fee at Forest Hills as of September 2009 is $302. Forest Hills is a very popular Grafton neighborhood and offers great access to major routes including the Mass Pike.
