Hopkinton Mass Townhomes ~ Just sold 32 Apple Tree Hill Hopkinton Mass. Listed at $244,900, Sold at $235,000 on March 30, 2009. Sold by Bill Gassett, RE/MAX Executive Realty. Days on market = 26

This townhome condominium at Apple Tree Hill in Hopkinton was wonderfully remodeled and upgraded by the owner and certainly helped the salability with the owner. In fact the seller followed much of the advice I gave her about preparing a home for the Spring selling season. The upgrading the owner did also contributed heavily towards the sale. The kitchen showed outstanding with NEW Maple cabinetry, Silestone counters and new appliances.

One of the other high points of the 1st floor was a very open floor plan with the family room and dining room adjoining each other. The family room had a wood burning corner fireplace and sliders to a decent size deck with great views out to a large backyard and woods. Both the family room and dining room were complemented by hardwood flooring which the owner had added.

One really terrific feature of this condo was the brand NEW finished walk-out lower level. Most of the units at Apple Tree Hill do not have basements and were built on slabs. Hopkinton Real Estate - Just Sold 18 Apple Tree Hill Hopkinton Massachusetts. Listed at $229,900. Sold at $220,000 on August 29, 2008 by Bill Gassett, RE/MAX Executive Realty.

This unit that sold at 18 APPLE TREE HILL was in outstanding condition and showed pride of ownership! The owner did plenty of updating including NEW tile flooring in the entry way, NEW windows and Sliders in the family room, and a beautiful updated white cabinet kitchen.

The Apple Tree homes feature a spacious family/dining room combination with a corner fireplace. All the flooring in this Hopkinton townhome showed like new. The entire condo, including the wood work was painted. The heat pump was also fairly young (8 years old), as well as the water heater. This townhome came equipped with central air and the owner included all of the appliances. The condition of the home played a large part in the fact that is was on the market for 49 days.

Apple Tree Hill offers an excellent commuting location being only a mile to the 495 exits and the Mass Pike a short distance away off 495.

Apple Tree Hill is situated off Rte 135 on Elm Street in Hopkinton Massachusetts. Apple Tree Hill was built in the late 70's.

There are 32 units in this townhome neighborhood. Apple Tree Hill is an affordable complex that has great access to 495 and the Mass Pike.

The 495 Interchange is only 1.5 miles from this location. These townhomes feature a spacious fireplaced family room with sliders to a private patio area in the rear.

The 1st floor also includes a small eat-in kitchen and a dining room. The 2nd floor has two good size bedrooms and a full bath. There is also a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor.

Most of the units at Apple Tree Hill do not have basements and are built on slabs. There are a few units that do have full basements. These townhomes have electric heat pumps as a heating source with central air.

The exterior of these condos feature a combination of brick and vinyl.

Apple Tree's condo fees are around $250 per month. Apple Tree Hill is an affordable neighborhood that has great access to 495 and the Mass Pike.

Market values at Apple Tree Hill as of September 2009 are around the low 200's to 235k.
