The Talbott Farm Mendon Massachusetts neighborhood is certainly one of the finest subdivisions in Mendon. The homes are all unique with no duplication. It is nothing like some of the developments you see where the builder has four or five models to choose from and the homes are duplicated over and over again.

I worked as the buyers agent for the sale of this particular home. Prior to selling their home in Milford they has their eye on this property for quite a while and kept coming back to it. This Talbott Farm home had eight rooms in total with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Some of the highlights included a very nice Cherry cabinet kitchen with tile flooring and nice appliances that opened up onto a large bumped out eating area. The family room which was appointed with a brick fireplace was centrally located right off the kitchen. There was also a formal living room with a fireplace and a dining room with hardwood flooring and french doors. The home also had a welcoming two story foyer.

The 2nd floor had generous size bedrooms along with a large room over the garage that could serve multiple purposes. The master suite was terrific with a large walk-in closet and attractive bathroom.

The thing that really set this home apart though has to be the magnificent grounds. The lot was spectacular with an incredible amount of mature landscaping. The back of the home had plenty of privacy and was appointe with both a deck and exceptional patio area.

The Talbott Farm area has always been one of my favorites in Mendon. It is easy to see why buyers are attracted to this quality neighborhood!
