If you are in the market for a well kept home in a fantastic Milford neighborhood then looking no further than this home in The Highlands! There is no doubt The Highlands is one of the most popular neighborhoods in town. It is located on the Hopkinton side of Milford and offers an easy commute to major routes.

9 Winterberry Lane has most things buyers want in a property including a cul-de-sac location and incredible level fenced backyard. In my opinion the lot is easily one of the best in the neighborhood! Stepping inside you will immediately feel the pride in ownership as the owner has done a great job keeping a great home as well as adding appropriate upgrades that buyer's want.

My favorite two areas of the home are the kitchen and family room. The kitchen is beautiful with light Oak cabinetry, and recently added granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen just pops! The whole room is flooded with natural light through a slider that overlooks the outstanding yard, deck and patio.

For those that like an entertainment size family room you will just love what you find here. In fact the family room would best be described as a "great room" with it's large flowing space. This exceptional room is appointed with a brick fireplace, built-in window seat and two gorgeous palladium style feature windows.

There are also a formal dining and living room that have hardwood floors and a very nice walk-out bay window for terrific sunlight. A first floor powder room and laundry area round out the first floor.

The second floor has three excellent size bedrooms including a nice master suite with full bath and walk-in closet. Another nice touch is the walk-out bay window. The family bedrooms are serviced by a full bath as well.

Last but not least the home has additional finished space in the lower level. This is very flexible space that could be used for any number of things including a second family room, exercise area or in home office. There are Pergo floors and plenty of closet space. The lower level is a professionally finished space by Owens Corning.

In total there are 8 rooms, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The total gross living area is about 2702 square feet. There is a two car garage and the lot is .35 acres. The taxes for 2011 on this Milford home were $5725.00

Just Sold 15 Violet Circle Milford Massachusetts

Milford Massachusetts Realtors - Just sold 15 Violet Circle Milford Massachusetts. Listed at $309,900 and sold at $298,000 by Bill Gassett, RE/MAX Executive Realty on November 30,2011.

Sometime a really well kep home comes on the market and you know you will need to pounce if you really want the property. I was fortunate enough to list this home at 15 Violet Circle had attepted unsuccessfully to do so. I always tell people that 75% of a homes marketing is about pricing the property correctly. After I took over the marketing and adjusted the price to where it needed to be the home sold very quickly. One of the great amenities with this Milford home was the fantastic location! It was located off of Reservoir and Whitewood Road which is located only minutes to 495 in Hopkinton.

The owners of the home really did a fantastic job updating the property so that the next owner will have very little to do. The home is deceivingly spacious with a very functional floor plan. In my mind the best part of the home was the updated Maple cabinet kitchen with center island, crisp white appliances and tile flooring. The  floor plan was really well thought out for an older home. The kitchen was open to both the family room and dining room which it perfect for entertaining.

Sometime the cook in the family is left out of the conversation if there is no flow to the home and the family areas are isloated. You certainy did not find that here! There was a perfect view of both areas. The family room was done very well with a brick fireplace, wide hardwood flooring, beamed ceiling and a door out to a private deck area. The dining room was also appointed with  hardwood flooring, as well some nice extra details such as crown molding and chair rail moldings.

A secondary entertainment space with the home was the living room which is quite large and had neutral Berber carpet. Another nice bonus feature iwas an office area located directly off the living room that makes for the perfect study space or just a place to get on the computer.

The second floor had four decent size bedrooms including a nice master. All of the rooms were in excellent shape with younger carpeting. The main bath has also been updated and shows well.

Lastly, the lower level had been finished and was a great get away for the kids to have their own area to hang out with their friends.

The owners made a number of updates and improvements including upgrading all the lighting, a new heating system, new driveway, removal of wallpaper and fresh paint. When you walked through door the 1st thing you  noticed was how well kept this home felt.

In total there are 10 rooms, 4 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. The total gross living area is 2246 square feet. There is a one car garage. The lot is a shade under 1 acre. The taxes for this Milford home are $4802 for 2011.

The great part about the floor plan is that the kitchen is open to both the family room and dining room.
