The Average list price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for July of 2009 was $259,422

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for July of 2010 was $361,256

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for July of 2009 was $247,322

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for July of 2010 was $349,044

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Northbridge in July of 2009 was 121 days.

This Northbridge home was in exceptional condition and showed outstanding. One of the great features that attracted the buyer to this home was the great location at the end of a cul-de-sac!

This home had a tremendous amount of recent updating including NEW carpets in all the bedrooms bedrooms, new hardwood flooring in the family room and living room, new lighting as well as recent painting.

Some of the many highlights included a fireplaced cathedral ceiling family room with loads of natural light. A spacious and bright kitchen with GRANITE counters & sliders to deck was the center of this home and located right of the famil room. The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for March of 2009 was $279,233

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for March of 2010 was $201,571
