This Uxbridge Duplex townhome was an incredible value. What is most striking about this townhome is how much it actually looks like a house! Most of the feedback was great, as the owner was meticulous with the upkeep. The condition played a large part in making this an easy place to sell.
The owner was also relocating out of State and needed a quick sale. The sellers were smart and really priced this condominium aggressivley!! The townhome was only 2 years old and showed mint with all neutral decore throughout.
There awas also NO CONDO FEES which made it very appealing and super affordable!! When you think about all the extra money that you could save without a condo fee it sure gave the buyer additional buying power! There was not much of a yard and the place was relatively new so maintainance would be minimal.
The condo featured a spacious living and dining room open to a bright white cabinet kitchen with stainless appliances and sliders to a private deck. A large deluxe master bedroom with his & her closets & Hollywood bath graced the 2nd floor. There were also two other good size bedrooms.
There is was both Central air and a security system. The commuting location is excellent as Henry Street is located just off of Route 16 and the town center. The lot was private and fenced in the back. The townhome has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and approximately 1684 square feet. There is also a two car garage.
