Hi Bill, This is a very smart looking property. For the money a true gem. Congratulations, this is a great listing and looks to me like it would receive a lot of interest. This home would be no less than 800-900K out here and it wouldn't even be coastal. On the coast, well over 1 M. Very nice indeed.

This property has a ton of curb appeal. The color scheme is one of my faves. Great, open space is so very inviting, and so is the price! Really nice kitchen and wood flooring too!
