Wow, 74k sounds like a screaming deal! I am about to do my first short sale with a buyer I have had listed for about 4 months. Any tips for the first timer? :)

I thought $74,000 was a price from 10 years ago. No doubt someone savy will snap that one up.
Lisa - I would make sure you ask the buyer to wait a set amount of time for short sale approval. I usually request the buyer wait at least 90 days for short sale approval.
