Hi Bill,
Another great market report for Metrowest, MA, you always do such a great job. Looks like Oct. was a good month for closings in Hopdale. Seeing your track record you probably sold most of them yourself!
Bill I was looking over some of your other market reports and it looks like sales are up in some towns and down in others. This goes to show that Real Estate is local, and even in each town neighborhoods react differently.
Hi Bill. I am impressed with the amount of these market reports you put out.
I assume once you get a system, it gets easier...
Looks great!
Ken
Hi Bill, Sales are up. How big is this area? Values have been devastated, not unlike some areas of So Cal. I am guessing sales are up but with distressed property owners? Would that be accurate?
Bill - some pretty big changes from last year in terms of pricing, but good to see sales are up. This seems to be consistent with many communities.
Jeff
Bill It would appear your market is improving better than most, but we'll all get there eventually :)
Hello Bill, thanks for the report on Hopedale MA. Looks like prices have taken a hit like most areas but hopefully things are healing up there from here on! John
George you are correct there are some towns in the area that have done better than others.
William there are some distressed properties but not enough that is has a dramatic effect of the market in Hopedale.
Bill you consistently keep your readers abreast of the market. Glad to see more properties moving.
Bill, I see that you have posted a number of very good market reports and wanted to know if it's increased traffic to you directly for your business. I will check back again. Thanks and have a great weekend!
Bill, looks like prices are dropping in your area and sales are picking up. Hope it continues.
HI Bill! We're experiencing the same thing--homes are moving but, prices are down a bit from last year. At least they're moving, right?! And, I just HAVE to know--how long does it take you to crank out one of these market reports?! They are SO detailed!
Debe the market has been steady this year in the Hopedale area. We are not seeing the large price drops thay occured last year. The Real Estate reports do take quite a bit of time to put together!
Bill - Great analysis ! It is great that you are so consistent with these reports for the areas you specialize in !
Bill, This is a great report. Good to read that the market has improved. The tax credit seems to be working.
Hi Bill -- I hope that some of the trends in NH reach you in MA. A nice report and it is interesting to see how the year has developed.
I like the way you link to all the other market updates... I'm not nearly as good about that as you are!
Great, consistent posting your your market statistics, Bill. Valuable information for people wanting to know what is happening in Hopedal, MA.
Bill - This is important information for consumers in Hopedale, Massachusetts to understand whether they are buying or selling. Things have change a lot in the last year, and, as always, you're right on top of it.
Well, I give you kudos for the time you invest in all of these--I wish I could be so disciplined! I've been a listing machine for the past few months and haven't had the time to transfer the data that I compile into a 'nice' looking presentation like you do.
Have a wonderful weekend...
Another great market report for your area, Bill. I know how time-consuming these can be, yet they're well worth it... consumers love this kind of information in my market and I'm sure they do in yours.
Bill, interesting statistics. It looks like there were far more homes sold last year than this year. Has your market picked up? or slowed down? or?
Thanks everyone for all your comments on my Hopedale Mass Real Estate report!
Teri ~ The market this year has been much more stable than last. We are not seeing the large prices drops that occured throughout last year.
Bill
Was it the decrease in prices that got a little of inertia going? Hope the increase in sales by you flourishes.
Excellent reports, as always, Bill. Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving week, too!
