Majorie - This is not any kind of flyer by companies like Postlets, V-flyer ect. I created this myself and would encourage you to do the same. The search engines will like something like this much better than one of those other sites as they are in an Iframe.

Melissa I had answered Ken's question above. The reason why I create my own articles about the properties I am marketing is because Postlets are in an Iframe and do not give the same search engine value as creating your own.
Everyone thanks for all your comments on my listing at Shrewsbury Green. I expect to have this condo under agreement very quickly. Getting Bank of America to act in a timely fashion will be more of an issue.
Bill, you can't go wrong at that price, and from the pictures the Condo looks to be in great shape.
Bill - You are the man ! I can see why you do the presentation yourself. It looks great ! Even cooler, is that price. Was thinking about making an offer on it until I saw BAC was the lender : ) . Hopefully they provide a timely response. In our experiences to date, they are the worst to deal with in terms of being inefficient, losing the file, switching negotiators mid-stream and the list goes on and on...
