It is definitely a tricky market right now. I think recovery is on its way though.
Good report Bill....I have some postcards ordered with the 2008/2009 sold comparisons for single familyto disperse to my farm area. Quite the difference in the 2 years market prices.

Even though the days on market are about the same, almost a 30% drop in value from a year ago with a corresponding drop in sales price. That area definitely is taking a hit. Maybe some recovery in the not to distant future.

The Northbridge real estate market is lucky having you; knowing there is a great agent for selling or buying is half of it; hiring you completes the cirlce.
Thanks everyone for all your comments on my Northbridge Real Estate report. I expect 2010 to be an improving year for local Real Estate.
Bill there seems to be a pattern of more sales but lower prices between 2008 and 2009 in the last few reports. Hopefully the sales will continue to grow in 2010 and the sales price will begin to rise again.
George you are correct that between 2008-2009 prices were dropping. It looks like values have started to firm. Hopefully 2010 will be a better year for Real Estate in Northbridge and surrounding areas.
