The Average list price for the homes that closed in Mendon for April of 2009 was $229,900

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Mendon for April of 2010 was $364,933

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Mendon for April of 2009 was $226,400

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Mendon for April of 2010 was $345,333

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Mendon in April of 2009 was 308 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Mendon April of 2010 was 109 days.

In comparing year over year longer term data for Mendon Massachusetts there was a similiar amount of homes sold as compared to 2008. These numbers were weak as compared to previous years. The average sales price of homes also continued downward. There was however, a pretty substantial drop in the average days on the market for a home on the market in Mendon. This is a positive sign going forward. Mendon remains a good town for those seeking a moderately inexpensive home just outside of the more expensive Metrowest area.
