This unit at the Shrewsbury Green neighborhood was yet another successful a SHORT SALE. The condition of this condo was excellent! There was a recently updated kitchen with attractive painted white cabinetry and new Stainless steel appliances.
Directly off the kitchen there was a spacious family room that gets tons of natural light and has access out to a slider that looks out to a small tea deck. Thanks everyone for you comments on the Shrewsbury MA short sale I just closed. I put this condo under agreement back when there was snow on the ground. Thank god it is now gone and we have nice weather!
