The Average list price for the homes that closed in Hopedale for May of 2009 was $247,400

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Hopedale for May of 2010 was $234,900

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Hopedale for May of 2009 was $234,950

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Hopedale for May of 2010 was $218,333

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Hopedale in May of 2009 was 24 days.

Hi Bill, It looks like the prices are at least holding steady after they have dropped over 18 %. But the market seems to be moving and your market sales are looking better for each report. Projecting ahead but looks like you might be on target for 50+ sales this year. Guessing of course but this must be a pretty small area, or at least a very stable one.

Hi Bill. Looks like Hopedale Massachusetts is one of the more affordable places to claim homestead. And the short average listing time must be very motivating for sellers!
