In July of 2010 there was 3 homes that closed within the month for Upton Massachusetts. This is a decrease of 2 units, as there was 5 homes that closed in July of 2009.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in July of 2010 was $376,567
The Average sale price for the homes that closed in July of 2009 was $320,780
The Average sale price for the homes that closed in July of 2010 was $352,000
The Average Market time for the homes that closed in July of 2009 was 87 days.
The Average Market time for the homes that closed in July of 2010 was 130 days.
There were 5 homes that went under agreement in Upton Massachusetts in the month of July. The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $333,920. The average market time for these homes was 71 days.
Through July there have been 38 homes sold in Upton. At this same point in time last year there were 21 sales.

Hi Bill, your average market prices are edging higher but I didn't realize your prices had fallen so much since 2008. guess I missed that last time. But at least things are heading in the right direction. Our prices are still edging edge little by little but sales and activity are down significantly the last two months and hoping that this is not going to be a trend for the rest of the year.
Bill, July was not a good month for units sold, there seems to be decreases in every community except one.

William our prices have been dropping since the peak in 2005 although the last year there has been quite a bit of firming.
Bill- Although you had less sales in Upton in July it looks like the units sold were more expensive. I saw a drop in units also in Dutchess County.
