Bill - as always, some useful market data for buyers and sellers. Looks like July slowed down quite a bit. Guess You can't say too much about any trending with only 1 sale.

Bill, even though the days on market were relatively consistent through both years, the values of the homes almost doubled. That's incredible.
Bill, I'm w/Jeff ~ hard to watch a trend with just one sale. But as the saying goes one is better than none! We'll be watching what you have to report next month for Mednon MA real estate.
Bill -- It looks like positive trends are continuing... we will have to see if they continue once we are beyone the tax credit effect. A very consise and easy to understand report.

Ed - the values of the homes in Mendon have not doubled. You are just looking at what sold in the month of July. Not the market for the year.
