Hi Bill ~ It looks like things may not be as "dead" as reported. I am hearing there still is some activity out there. Let's hope this turns into a trend.
Bill - Hopkinton activity seems to be much like a lot of my area. Sales down for August but up for the year to date. Another excellent market overview for your consumers.
Great job on giving your clients the information they need on home sales in your area - as always.
Very informative Bill, and a better report than I see in many places. All the best, my friend!
I see your market is acting as crazy as ours is! It will be nice when we're steady steady again! :)
Hi Bill! Like Smart Girl mentioned--won't it be nice to finally have some stability?! Great report, as always!
Hey, does listing the links to the older reports seem to be a draw for the consumer? Just curious.
Enjoy your holiday weekend...
Bill, I know that a month does not make a whole picture, but the price is up! I found here in New Milford July was up, as opposed to the general news scaring the pants off of everyone.
Is it really that time again? I better get cracking. You are my alarm clock for stats. Great job as always Bill. Have a wonderful holiday weekend!
