Bill this looks like a single family house and not a Condo, so why would it be considered a Condo?

I know we are an aging nation and I know senior housing is going to dominate. Bill your listings are great. Personally I like the sounds of kids for the most part and wouldn't want to live in a place that doesn't have a mix of ages. But that is me and there is a good market for this I am sure it will go quickly. Thanks for the post.
