The thing that became abundantly clear when entering this Holden Massachusetts home was the sellers pride of ownership and all the work they did on the property. The home just showed outstanding! This was the kind of seller that understood just how important presenting a home ca be. There were so many magnificent features including a brand new top of the line kitchen with Maple cabinetry, GRANITE counters, high end STAINLESS appliances & Cherry floors. The owner knew they would be selling and felt that the existing kitchen would be a huge drawback. The seller did an incredible job with the cabinetry and appliances and tied it all together beautifully with the vaulted ceilings and specialty windows!

The 2nd floor had a stunning master suite highlighted by a new master bath with marble flooring and combination whirlpool tub and shower. The master also boasted a very nice closet complete with a closet system. The bedroom proper had an awesome ceiling design. There was also a 2nd spacious bedroom as well to round out the 2nd floor.
No expense was spared in making this Holden property shine. Other recent improvements included replacing all the doors and trim throughout the home, replacement windows, a five year old roof, painting throughout, new lighting, and completely re-wiring the home three years ago!
In total there are seven rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 1 car attached garage. The lot is just a shade under one acre. The total gross living area is about 1955 square feet. The taxes are a reasonable $3260 for the year.
This Holden property is conveniently located within a couple of miles to major highways for easy commuting to either Worcester or Boston!
