I recently sold this townhome condominium in the popular Granite Woods neighborhood. The buyer was happy to purchase this END unit townhome because it boasted the premiere location in the neighborhood with terrific privacy and extra sunlight. The previous owner also had added some extensive landscaping along the back and left side of the home which the other units did not offer.
The condition of this Milford townhome was exceptional! The interior really showed the pride of ownership. Upon entering you could tell the owner kept home home in meticulous shape.
As you entered through the front door you were greeted by an open foyer area with hardwood flooring. The entry flows directly into the combination dining/family room. The 1st floor rooms were all centralized creating a very open feeling.
