I like your market reports and the links to previous reports. I guess the tax credits helped in the sales in June 2010. I have seen the same thing in our area. There were fewer homes sold in June of this year than in June of 2010.
Bill, wow, Ashland average days on market were 42 for June 2011? That is wonderful! Great market report as always.
Ashland MA sellers are pricing higher this year but getting lower returns...Sellers need to look at this market info and adjust accordingly Bill...good info for sellers and buyers..
Helpful info, Bill. I'm impressed by the high (to me) average sold price. In the small town of Asheboro, NC, our average for June 2011 was $129,600, with 148 days on the market. Whew!
I'm thinking our cost of living is lower here than it is in Ashland....
