Easy to read and understand Northbridge Real Estate market report Bill. DOM has doubled in the past year....hard to sell homes or a new trend?
Bill an increase in sales is always a positive thing even if the rest of the figure are not as positive.
Bill, Even though the days on the market are way up, list and sales prices are pretty close and at least sales have increased in Northbridge MA!

Bill good to see an increase in the number of unit sold this year in Northbridge MA over same time last year. I also noticed that sale price like in most places is trending down.
