The Average list price for the homes that closed in Holliston for July of 2010 was $428,780

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Holliston for July of 2011 was $534,847

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Holliston for July of 2010 was $422,524

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Holliston for July of 2011 was $524,038

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Holliston for July of 2010 was 99 days.
