The Average list price for the homes that closed in August of 2010 was $398,820

The Average list price for the homes that closed in August of 2011 was $453,456

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in August of 2010 was $389,520

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in August of 2011 was $432,000

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in August of 2010 was 51 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in August of 2011 was 48 days.

Bill I don't like looking at decreasing numbers in sales, but everything else in the market report seems to be positive.  Good job as always presenting the information in a way that I can even understand :)

Bill, sure looks like things are on the upside in Ashland.  I hope that's what I'm reading for you there.  We still seem to be going down a little here.
