The upper end of the market remained weak but the 1st time buyer market flourished in Milford.

Milford has become quite attractive to the 1st time home buyers segment due to a large stock of inventory in the lower price points.

Bill, Any increase certainly shows the good news in the Real Estate Recovery and 10 more units sold and a sales price gain in Milford MA is a real good sign!

Hi Bill, the numbers indicate that things are looking positive for the Milford real estate market.  I would think the buyers on the fence would feel comfortable making a move at this point, especially with rates being as low as they are today.

Bill, I'm seeing a lot of positive numbers in your market.  Is this a sign that the market is starting to rebound?  Being in the middle of the country, we're always the last to feel change.
