In September of 2011 there were 15 homes that closed within the month for Westboro Massachusetts. This is an increase of 9 units, as there was 6 homes that closed in September of 2010.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Westboro for September of 2010 was $433,683

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Westboro for September of 2011 was $515,800

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Westboro for September of 2010 was $422,293

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Westboro for September of 2011 was $495,433

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Westboro in September of 2010 was 83 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Westboro September of 2011 was 73 days.
