The home was in good shape and showed very well. Not only did it have colonial charm but also featured some very nice updates. This exceptional room featured vaulted wood ceilings, skylights, beautiful hardwood flooring, a wood stove and access through a patio door to a large deck. Most buyer's who viewed the property thought this was one of the most unique amenities.
