Looks like a nice place and really looks more like a detached home than a townhome. BTW I love reading your comment about your passion for real estate. I love to read about others who love what they do.
This looks like a quaint little home - it was not until I read into the description that I realized it is an attached unit in a complex.
My thought, for whatever it is worth, when marketing property with common areas, it is best to give some insight to the commonality of the project.
