This can be attributed to the on going weakness in the real estate market in Metrowest MA. There was also a substantial increase in the days on the market for the same period in Westboro MA.

These statistics are similar to many of the towns in Metrowest Massachusetts. Most of the surrounding towns experienced a decrease in the average list price and sale price for the January to December time frame. Bill...Great job providing information on what is going on in the Westboro Real Estate market. Things sure have changed quite a bit in the last couple of years.

Bob I appreciate your feedback. We are certainly facing a lot more challenges now in this current environment. Having a postive attitude everyday helps. It takes a lot more dedication and hardwork. This will be a make or break year for many Realtors. I have been in the business for twenty years so I have been involved with both buyers and sellers markets. Many Realtors have never seen a market like this and don't have a clue on how to perform.
