10 Cardinal Circle Medway Massachusetts ~ Slide Show Presentation

Below is a video slide show presentation for a home I am marketing at 10 Cardinal Circle, Medway Massachusetts. This is fantastic tool that I use to give homes that I am marketing in and around Metrowest MA additional exposure. This is a Real Estate show that can be embedded into MLS, Realtor.com, your Blog, and also be emailed to anyone that becomes interested in your property. A property that has a tour like this will get 4x the hits as a property that doesn't. Hit the play button to see the video presentation of this Medway MA home. This is just one small sample of the type of marketing I do for all my sellers in Medway and throughout Metrowest MA. In fact this blog post is a terrific form of marketing that very few Realtors are taking advantage of. In Massachusetts there is an exceptionally low number of Realtors that have a Real Estate blog. Big Mistake!!

Thinking of selling your home in Medway MA or other Metrowest Massachusetts town?

There are thousands of Real Estate agents that service the Metrowest Boston and Medway MA area. There are, however, vast differences in the skill level, services offered, and marketing efforts of the Realtors that cover towns in Metrowest MA. Here are some excellent Real Estate questions to ask the Realtors you are interviewing. This will help you determine if you a hiring a pro or not.

In a weaker Real Estate environment it is imperative that your home has exposure online. Survey after survey says that over 85% of all buyers are finding their homes on the internet. This doesn't mean just MLS, Realtor.com and an agent website either. While these sites are important, they are not the only places where you want to be online. There are numerous other sites to market homes on.

Interested in working with a Realtor that will expose your home to the masses online? Get in touch - I would welcome the opportunity to interview with you.

I agree with you with the low amount of Realtors in Ma who actually blog their listings or their skills for hire. I think it is a shame but those who do not adjust with the times shall be left behind.

Nice video presentation Bill!

Maureen - Thanks. As you know the benefits of having a high ranking website and blog are incredibly important. At some point others will catch on. Until then I will have an enormous edge online.

Hello Bill. I use virtual tours too. Some I make myself, some I hire a professional. Of course you're right listings with virtual tours are usually looked at first.. Nice House.

Maria - Virtual tours are another way to market a home. They do give you a little bit of a different perspective of a property. The certainly do attract attention :)

Bill- I recently spoke to a home seller in Hopkinton about you and how professional and prolific your online presence is - especially considering you blog your listings.

I'd say you definitely give your home sellers an edge!

Jackie - Thank you so much! I truly believe this is where many Realtors are missing the boat. I really find it amazing how most Realtors pay so little attention to marketing. With over 85% of all buyers finding their home online it makes sense to have premiere market presence on the Internet. I am aiming to continue to improve on that everyday :)
