Buyers here in Princeville are still out there but very few . . . . Nevertheles, hope springs eternal and we expect a healthy resurgence of sales by Decemeber with prices dropping steadily. James - The market here in Northbridge and surrounding areas has been going through a correction since the Spring of 2005. The market has not bottomed yet and is hard to predict when it will.
