Pinecrest Village is an affordable town home neighborhood that was built in the late 1990's. This neighborhood is located off School Street in Hopkinton Massachusetts. There are 64 units in this neighborhood.
These units have two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and full basements. Quite a few of the home owners have finished the lower levels creating additional finished space. Some of the condos in the far end of the neighborhood have full walk-out basements with a slider.
The units have spacious eat-in kitchens with ample room for a table and also feature sliders to a deck creating lots of natural light. The 1st floor also has a large family room. Many of the units have hardwood and tile flooring as well as crown moldings. The bedrooms at Pinecrest are generous in size.

There are two basic styles in these townhomes consisting of an end and middle unit. There are very little differences between the two. The living space in these condos runs between 1020 - 1100 square feet exclusive of finished basement space.
The condo fees in this neighborhood range from around $207 - $215. Prices range from the high $190's to $200's as of August 2009.
Pinecrest is conveniently located a few miles from the 495 exits. The Mass Pike is only one exit away on 495 for an easy commute into Boston.

Full basements? southerners seem to scrunch their brows about basements... they don't understand that families spend many a long winter, transforming their basements to havens of activity & socializing. Being from Chicago, I have basements to thank for my super ping-pong skill! hahaha!
Bill,
The photos look like the complex is well maintained. The flowers in the entrance way are very pretty.

Hi Bill,
Looks like Hopington has something to offer everyone, these prices look really good for what they have to offer.
Bill, Pine Crest Village appears affordable with plenty of room. Love the fact that they have basements for all those incidentals that a homeowner needs to store and the landscape looks terrific.
Bill, this sounds like a very nice area. Do the homes have garages as well as basements? Are the basements finished basements, or rough? ;-)
You are the marketing master Bill. Love your posts and promotions. You set a great example.
Mara - You are so correct. Basements up here in New England have become playgrounds for entertainment. From home theaters to home gyms a basement is an other level of living!
Richard - Pinecrest is well maintained and is a nice affordable complex here in Hopkinton.
Lynda - You are correct...for the money and what they have to offer the condos at Pinecrest are a good value.
Gena - The basements at Pinecrest do add extra living space or a great spot for storage.
Teri - Pinecrest does not offer garages but there are many condo developments that do. Almost all the condos in the area have full basements.
