On the positive side DOM looks like it is improving could that be due to the 6% - 7% price adjustments from a year ago? Care to venture a SWAG on when this correction is going to end?
Don - Absolutley...as prices of homes have dropped in Hopkinton so have the days on market. I wish I had a crystal ball. I would guess we have a while longer before the market hits bottom.
