This Hopkinton home is absolutely amazing. There seems to be a 'wow' in every room. The only excuse that a buyer can have for not submitting a contract is that they are poor (like me).
Bill, this home is absolutely spectacular! All of the custom touches, the green lawns, and just looking at the home makes me want to come up with $1,600,000! I was looking around on your posts to find any more must do's or must have's that I may have missed. ;-) Then I saw this!!! ;-)

I'm re-visiting these beautiful photos at 12 John Hopkins Rd in Hopkington, MA, although I'd be very surprised if this is still on the market...it's absolutely stunning and seems to convey much warmth---which I sometimes find a challenge in the larger homes...this was is truly charming and seems so well-designed. If I ever move to MA, this is the house I want to buy :-)
