Bill, this house reminds me a lot of the home my uncle lived in in Framingham MA. When you walk in, you go up some stairs to the main living area, right? It's a type of split level that isn't seen as much in the South. Congratulations on the sale of 7 West Elm Street in Hopkinton Massachusetts!

this past month,I have 4 properties under agreement, Fingers crossed & moving them along.
